COLOUR  & B/W LASER PRINTERS & MFCs IN BAHRAIN

Bahrain3 March 2008: Almoayyed Commercial Services (ACS) the premier business automation division of Almoayyed International Group (AIG) & Brother International (Gulf) FZE, jointly launched the latest range of Brother colour & B/W Printing Solutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain.  Over 100 organisations, representing a cross section of both the public and private sector, attended this one day event at Hotel Crowne Plaza, Manama, in order to launch its next generation colour & B/W laser MFCs, printers and digital copiers, which are set to make  laser printing a new standard for the business segment.

Brother’s latest colour laser devices - which use the new “ Horizontal 4-colour single pass Tandem Engine”, fully developed by Brother Japan-addresses the concerns of the SMB sector, as it primarily focuses on higher print speeds of full colour prints, data security as well as lower purchase and operating costs.

“Colour laser is expected to replace monochrome printing among SMB end-users with an increasing demand for professional quality colour laser printing in many business applications.  Through intensive research and development, we have manufactured range of colour laser devices that have been designed to fit the specific needs of the SMB sector in terms of function, security usage control, performance and economy.  Business owners have a misconception that colour laser printing is expensive, and we aim to destroy that myth through these new colour laser devices,” commented Mr Ranjit S. Brother’s MFC family offers 3-in-1, 5-in-1 and 6-in-1 options and includes the MFC-9440CN that allows users to scan directly into a USB memory device or print from a USB memory device, without the use of a Personal Computer. The colour laser printers (HL-4040CN and HL-4050CDN) boast of colour print resolution of up to 2,400x600 dpi, PictBridge, and automatic duplex printing whilst also allowing for monochrome printing when the colour toner has run out. The cost of printing in Black & White is compliant with the printing costs on monochrome laser printers. The cost of printing in full colour is compliant with industry costs for full colour laser prints.
